4-Week Pilot Program

A focused introduction to The Capacity Through Character™ Model.

This high-impact pilot introduces foundational concepts in character formation, executive function awareness, and confident communication.

Participants engage in structured weekly lessons, applied practice, and guided reflection — concluding with a mini Capstone application that reinforces learning through tangible expression.

8-Week Mentorship Experience

Deepening capacity through intentional character development.

The 8-week series allows girls to meaningfully practice executive function skills including planning, organization, self-regulation, and goal-setting — all grounded in identity formation and values-based decision making.

The experience culminates in a Capstone Project-Based Application, where participants apply what they’ve learned through a structured presentation, written reflection, or creative leadership project.

School-Year Partnership Model
