An introduction to The Capacity Through Character™ Model.
This pilot program introduces foundational concepts in character formation, executive function awareness, and confident communication. Across four structured sessions, girls engage in guided discussion, applied practice, and personal reflection — exploring who they are, what they believe about themselves, and where they're going.
The pilot concludes with a purpose-setting celebration where each participant drafts her personal purpose statement — "I am. I believe. I am gifted to. I will use this to." — and reads it aloud to the group. Girls receive affirmation from their peers and leave with their completed journal, their Gift Gallery card, and a She Has Purpose Discovery Studio keepsake.
